2026 Board of Governors Election Results
Active and judicial members in three Board Districts have elected members to the Board of Governors. After all the votes were counted (electronically) and verified, here's how the candidates ranked in the voting:
District 1: (Mohave, Navajo, Coconino and Apache Counties) – Uncontested Election – 1 Seat
- David Johns, Aspey Watkins & Diesel PLLC – Re-elected, 100% of votes
District 4: (Cochise County) – Uncontested Election – 1 Seat
- Christopher Russell, (incumbent), The Russell’s Law Firm PLC – Re-elected, 100% of votes
District 5: (Pima and Santa Cruz Counties) – Uncontested Election – 1 Seat
- Page Chancellor, Goldberg & Osborne LLP – Elected – 100% of votes
District 6: Maricopa County – Contested Election – 3 seats
- Heather Baker-Mushkatel, Mushkatel Gobbato & Kile, PLLC – Re-elected, 24.55% of votes
- Kelsi Lane, Frazer Ryan Goldberg & Arnold LLP – Re-elected, 21.69% of votes
- Robert J. McWhirter, The Law Offices of Robert J McWhirter – Re-elected, 20.89% of votes
