The State Bar of Arizona Board of Governors oversees the policy making and operations of the organization. The Board is comprised of 30 people, four of whom are non-attorney, public members. Attorney members of the Board are elected to three-year staggered terms by peers in their district.
The Board is led by four officers who are elected by the Board members. Those officers are president, president-elect, vice president, and secretary-treasurer. The CEO/Executive Director oversees the State Bar's operations and professional staff.
