To reinstate you first need to determine which rule(s) you qualify to apply for reinstatement. This is based on your specific situation:
Applying to reinstate from an ADMINISTRATIVE suspension (example: non-payment of FEES or MCLE related matters.

Have you been RESIGNED in good standing:
Applying to Reinstate from a DISCIPLINE suspension:
Have you been SUSPENDED for DISCIPLINE?
Applying to reinstate from DISABILITY inactive status:
