The State Bar of Arizona is subject to the public records policy approved by the Arizona Supreme Court. You can read the policy here.

Anyone wishing to access lawyer discipline records should email: lawyerinfo@staff.azbar.org

If you'd like to access any other records of the Bar please complete and submit the following form:

By submitting a request you certify that the information is true, to the best of your knowledge and belief.  You agree to pay all appropriate fees at the time the requested information is delivered.  You agree to hold the State Bar of Arizona, its agents and employees harmless from any claim, causes of action, or other liability that may arise as a result of furnishing these documents to me or as a result of my use or misuse of these documents.
